My first time in! I had heard about this place from friends and it was so nice to finally go with them! The queso, jala-berry grilled cheese and sweet potato fries were excellent! The beer was cold. This appears to be a hub of the community and I loved the big play area for the kids!
Our 2nd experience at The Old Gin. Food was delicious. Did not need to salt our food. The bacon was on point. Bloody Mary was excellent. Hostess recommended the chicken bacon flatbread. Great recommendation.
This is a gem of a place in Wortham. A ''must'' venture off 45 to go try for yourself. You won't be disappointed. The chef has got talent. The staff are nice & friendly. It's got outdoor seating & a playground for kids. Food was great. Looking forward to going back & becoming a regular. It was that good.
Nice modern restaurant in a cute small town. The patio was absolutely decked out with comfy chairs and bug tvs. We never sit outside doors but its worth it here. The girls gave up excellent service and they seemed busy for dinner on a Monday. The make your own margaritas was in point. The food was absolutely perfect.
